Membership Requirements

Joining Omega Alpha Xi Christian Sorority, Inc. means stepping into a sisterhood rooted in faith, service, and accountability. We are a grassroots Christian sorority serious about God, our mission, and our commitment to each other. Please review the following requirements carefully before you apply:

You must be 25 years of age or older.
We welcome mature women ready to grow in faith and sisterhood.

You must have a high school diploma or GED.
We believe in education and accountability — no college degree is required.

You must live within a 50-mile radius of our Sorority Headquarters in Douglasville, Georgia.
This ensures you can fully participate in local activities and build strong connections.

You must be a resident of the state of Georgia.

You must complete three (3) professional letters of recommendation.
These should come from individuals who can speak to your character, leadership, or spiritual life.

You must submit a letter of interest.
This letter should explain why you wish to be part of Omega Alpha Xi Christian Sorority, Inc.

You must attend a Diamond Talk.
Our Diamond Talks are virtual or in person information sessions where you can learn who we are, what we believe, and what is expected of you as a member.

You must complete the official application.
Your application helps us get to know you and start the membership process.

You must pay the petition fee.
Details for this step will be provided during the application process.
